Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all Vuzix products purchased by consumers directly from our website. We want you to be thrilled with our products, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of our shipment to you for a full refund of the product’s cost. We do ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. If you need to return your purchase for any reason or have problems with it, please email our Technical Support Team at technical_support@vuzix.com

Please note that all returns must have a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, which will be provided from our helpline. Any product purchased from this site that is approved by our helpline for return or replacement must be in its original packaging with all elements supplied with the product. You must also provide proof of purchase and your name and address. Any product returned that is non compliant will be returned to you. On return, the product will be processed for compliance and a replacement or refund will be authorised.
